Our comprehensive level of reporting our telemarketing is one of the ways in which we differ from our competitors.

We usually give you verbal feedback just a couple of hours into your project. This ensures any immediate queries about the telemarketing are answered and reassures both you and us that we are on track to meet your telemarketing objectives.

How frequently we then report back is dependant on you - For larger telemarketing projects, a once-weekly written update on the telemarketing may be sufficient. Smaller, one-day telemarketing projects may only require feedback at the beginning and end of the project.

Feedback from the telemarketing is given in three ways:

Verbal - This may include a general overview of how the telemarketing project is progressing.

Written Call Notes - Notes are made on each completed call. These notes can be emailed to you daily or weekly.

Summary Report - At the end of every telemarketing project, a summary report is produced which details the number of calls made, the results of calls and any recommendations.
