Description of Work

ABC Interiors provided an electronic list of names, addresses and telephone numbers of just over 800 UK architects to LA Serve UK.

The aim of the telemarketing was to gather supplementary information since ABC Interiors was interested only in those architects with a commercial division.

Specifically, the additional details included:

· Whether or not the practice carried out any commercial work
· The main area of their expertise
· The number of architects within the practice
· Whether they could recommend other practices which may be interested.

Contact details were also confirmed.

Corrected and additional information was input directly into the provided spreadsheet.

The work was carried out during a two week period. At ABC Interiors' request, virtually all calls were made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Comments

After the first session, a sample of collected information was emailed to ABC Interiors to confirm the project was progressing as expected.

ABC was quickly made aware of the high level of missing data since their list supplier may offer a discount or replacement data.
